Partnering with Architects Orange, the design team at Avanti was thrilled to help bring Gene Pietrini’s passion project to life. Located in north Orange County, Pietrini Pizza Napoletana is a full service 105 seat restaurant specializing in wood-fired pizza and Italian cuisine. At the heart of the restaurant is a wood burning open hearth oven where guests can sit at the pizza bar and watch the pizzaiolo create Pietrini pizza pies.
