Mark Rossi

Mark Rossi founded Avanti Restaurant Solutions in 2003 with a clear purpose: to empower businesses through innovative commercial kitchen design and equipment solutions. Over the years, he has built strong partnerships with CEOs, architects, general contractors, and operators, transforming Avanti into a trusted partner for commercial kitchen facilities, regional restaurant brands, and national chains across the U.S. and Canada. A thoughtful and steady leader, Mark balances his professional drive with personal passions, including mountain biking canyon trails, spending time with his loyal dog Bosa, and proudly cheering on his kids at their water polo games.

Rory Clarke

Chief Operations Officer

Since 2005, Rory has played an integral role in the company’s growth and reputation as a leader in foodservice design. With a deep understanding of the industry’s nuances and a talent for building strong, lasting relationships, Rory brings strategic vision and a people-first approach to leadership. He is known for cultivating high-performing teams and fostering a culture rooted in integrity and collaboration.

Adam Bruss

Chief Revenue Officer

Adam has dedicated his career to building top-tier teams in foodservice construction. He spent a decade at East Bay Restaurant Supply, culminating as Director of Construction, before expanding his expertise in general contracting. In 2015, he joined TriMark, leading construction operations across the West and South regions. Now at Avanti, Adam continues to enhance its strong reputation while advancing large-scale construction capabilities.

Michael Jernigan

Vice President, Design-Build

Michael is an expert in high-end restaurant and commercial foodservice design, combining creative problem-solving with a deep understanding of construction. With a background as a former principal at JDA and consultant to Federighi Design and leading architectural firms, Michael has consistently delivered impactful and innovative solutions. His leadership at Avanti has helped drive revenue growth and expand the design-build department.

Stephen Schneider

Vice President, Finance

Stephen Schneider, winner of Avanti’s 2023 Cultural Icon award, brings over a decade of expertise in accounting and finance. A steadfast and strategic leader, he plays a pivotal role in uniting Avanti’s operational and financial teams, fostering alignment, and spearheading initiatives that drive the company’s growth and success.

Lisa Rossi

Chief of Staff

Lisa co-founded Avanti Restaurant Solutions and now serves as the Chief of Staff. With a unique blend of strategic leadership and culture-building, Lisa focuses on executive-level special projects that support long-term growth and ensure Avanti scales without losing what makes it special. Her background in communications, fundraising, coaching, and recruiting enhances her ability to drive alignment and clear decision-making across the organization.
