Costa Mesa, CA (November 4, 2019) – Avanti Restaurant Solutions announced today the appointment of Matt Ratzlaff as Director of Contract Operations, to lead the company’s commercial kitchen solutions team for design-build, construction & project management clients. Ratzlaff’s team oversees client projects for restaurants, hotel & entertainment facilities, institutional and retail operations, working closely with Avanti’s in-house Design Studio for drawings and design work.

He joins Avanti after having acted as a principal in a design build firm, and following roles in purchasing, project management, portfolio management and operations. Ratzlaff is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management.
