DESCRIPTION
The concept for Qdoba Mexican Grill is fast, healthy Mexican food—dishes plated as the customer selects options at the counter. The chain is owned by Jack In The Box and includes some 400 locations across the country, and growing.

Avanti inherited the restaurant design and quickly got up to speed with the chain's specifics in terms of millwork, casework, furniture, patio design and the stainless package. We flew a Director and Project Manager to the Qdoba Corporate Training Center where they took part in a comprehensive program that included working in the Qdoba stores. This enabled us to understand the day-to-day workflow and to ensure we recommend the right equipment for each project. We stage, ship and install for Qdoba anywhere, sometimes within a 48 hour timeline.
