DESCRIPTION
Bistro Zinc is a 5-star dining experience located in Las Vegas, Nevada. The restaurant is owned by Joseph Keller a meticulous and highly skilled restaurateur, and the brother of Thomas Keller of the renowned Napa restaurant The French Laundry.

The Avanti team was brought in at the start of the project when it was still a dirt construction site. Our team worked in collaboration with Keller to design the European style kitchen to maximize workflow efficiency. Chefs face one another at the custom stainless steel kitchen island designed by Avanti. In addition to the design services for this highly complex and unique kitchen, Avanti provided the equipment, custom stainless, custom millwork, installation and project management expertise.
