Mark Rossi   
President & Owner

Mark Rossi grew up in the foodservice equipment industry working for the family business co-founded by his late grandmother, Mary Pauwels. While still in school, Mark started working summers in warehouses and on installation jobsites. Having established a thorough understanding of foodservice operations, Mark found the transition to sales easy. His hands-on experience and personal style gave him credibility with customers. As a result, he advanced quickly through a succession of increasingly responsible positions: territory sales representative, chain sales account executive, territory sales manager, operations manager, and he topped out as division manager of chain sales.

Armed with his solid knowledge of operations and a successful track record in sales, Mark decided it was time to strike out on his own. In October 2003, Mark founded Avanti Restaurant Solutions Inc.

"We want to be known for going to any length, exhausting every option to ensure our customers are satisfied," Mark says.

Rory Clarke   
Project Manager & Operations Manager

Rory comes to Avanti from SeaSpace Corporation. As a project manager at SeaSpace, Rory managed large-scale field projects working with subcontractors and owners to ensure correct site preparation and installation. Since the age of 10, Rory has worked summers as a cabinet maker and installer in the restaurant industry for his father's business, Clarke Cabinets and Fixtures. With Rory's technical and project management experience, Avanti customers can depend on him to coordinate projects efficiently and successfully.

Mariah McManaman   
Project Manager

Avanti customers looking for a quote on equipment or help with arranging the what, who, when, where and how of delivery know they can count on Mariah. Doing whatever it takes to get the job done is Mariah's passion, and her twelve years of hands-on industry experience equip her to quickly resolve logistics issues and ensure complete customer satisfaction. Her extensive experience as a quick service restaurant manager gives her an in-depth understanding of what customers want and need from their equipment. In the event that things don't go as planned, Mariah knows first-hand just how critical it is to make things right. From quoting price and availability, to installation and beyond, Avanti customers are in good hands with Mariah.

Trey Hoang   
Project Manager

Trey comes to Avanti with a background in scientific research and residential construction management. He is accustomed to managing a project with great attention to detail and a keen understanding of the overall project and client′s needs. Trey is also a former owner of his own development company. While overseeing construction projects, he is not only experienced, but enjoys being in the field and working hands on with contractors and personnel. Trey defines a successful project as one that has every detail accounted for from start to finish, and to deliver on all of the client′s expectations.

Jennifer Waldron   
Project Manager

Jenn's 6 year background as an operations manager for one of the premier residential construction companies in the Sacramento region isn't the only strength she brings to the Avanti team. Her background in the staffing industry has also proven a valuable component in her understanding and delivery on a customer's needs and requirements. Jenn's problem solving skills and functional understanding of the construction industry coupled with her customer service and people skills from the staffing industry have made her transition onto the Avanti team seamless.
