Mark founded Avanti in 2003. With many years of working in the foodservice equipment industry for his family's business, complemented by a successful track record in high-level sales positions, he was well equipped for the challenge. Within four years, Avanti was recognized as one of the fastest growing business in the Sacramento region.

My favorite core value is Connect and Communicate. For me, successful business is all about listening and understanding people to understand what they expect, then truly connecting with them and fulfilling those expectations.

Prior to joining Avanti, Rory worked as a project manager for SeaSpace, managing large-scale field projects and working with subcontractors and owners to ensure correct site preparation and installation. His experience also includes working as a cabinetmaker and installer in the restaurant industry.

See it Through is my favorite core value. It represents the whole picture--whether it's the initial contact with our customer or finalizing the last detail of their project. Going that extra mile to get the details right and to provide superior customer service is what I strive for.

Shelley has worked in the foodservice industry (exclusively with chain restaurants) for more than 17 years. Her background includes several years of overseeing accounting, purchasing, and customer service departments. She has also been responsible for developing and maintaining vendor relationships.

Whether I am in the office or on a jobsite, Seeing it Through is the core value that pertains most to my position. I ensure that every detail is covered, every question and concern is addressed, and every project is completed to the highest quality possible.

Mariah brings several years of extensive project management experience to Avanti's customers and a strong desire to do whatever it takes to get the job done. Quickly resolving logistics and truly understanding equipment has been a critical part of Mariah's position, and the key to successfully completing quick service projects.

My favorite core value is Desire to Grow. I may be introduced to something that I haven't seen before and asked to visualize someone else's vision. This requires me to research new concepts and thus grow my understanding and knowledge of equipment and functional designs to suit the client.

Trey has a strong background in scientific research and residential construction management, and is a former owner of a development company. While overseeing construction projects, he enjoys being in the field and working hands-on with contractors and personnel.

My goal is to always Connect and Communicate. There is a big difference between connecting and communicating with someone and just talking with them. I really try hard to connect with all of my customers, general contractors, vendors, and everyone that I work with.

Jenn's background includes working as an operations manager for one of the premier residential construction companies in the Sacramento region. She also worked in the staffing industry, which has proven to be a valuable component in her understanding and delivery of customers' needs and requirements. Jenn has solid problem solving skills and a functional understanding of the construction industry.

My favorite core value is Insist on Integrity. When I go home at the end of the day, I like to know I did my best to get the job done, not only in the accuracy of what has been assigned to me, but also to know I did my best to help our clients.

More than 15 years of professional experience has given Charon a variety of project coordination skills. Her background includes assisting project managers with outstanding organizational skills; dispatching field technicians to specific assignments and informing them of equipment details; and reviewing/proofing proposals, timesheets, final reports, and project invoices.

See it Through is my favorite core value. In work and in my personal life, I always try to finish what I started. Especially in this industry, it's important that we don't leave anything unfinished. There is not one task here at work I don't see through.

Cuong came to Avanti with a strong background in architecture and project management. His recent experience focused on "green" design and sustainable planning. From initial start-up to the final stages of a project, Cuong enjoys being hands-on and ensuring that each detail is completed.

I always Insist on Integrity. I follow this core value every day by making sure my work is accurate and contains all necessary information. I also follow the rules and guidelines that govern my job when it comes to accounting and other financial reporting.

Elizabeth has extensive experience managing small to medium size offices. Prior to Avanti, her experience included overseeing all office aspects of her parent's cleaning company in Leavenworth, Kansas. This base is what sparked her interest in the financial side of business.
