Industry Partners: Architects and General Contractors
Our relationship with the architect depends on each specific project. Sometimes we provide design services directly for the owner, sometimes an architecture firm is hired by the owner and we work with them, and sometimes we serve as a consultant to the design process. Our design services:

• Identify staff and patron flow in the kitchen and front-of-house
• Specify the right set of fixtures and equipment from a vast set of options
• Provide input early in the process to help anticipate issues
• Navigate health code requirements

Avanti collaborates with general contractors and supports them by anticipating challenges and issues on the project. They have an important role and we allow them to do their jobs; we work together to solve any problems. In turn, they regard us as a key member of the on-site team. We support the general contractor by:

• Ensuring project plans are accurate and complete
• Obtaining field dimensions to confirm that equipment and fixtures will fit properly the first time
• Providing specialty subcontractors when needed
• Streamlining communication among all on-site team members so that the project runs as smoothly and as quickly as possible
